I was only asked this question very recently by one of my clients so that’s why it’s first on the list. Impressions, reach and engagement all look very different on Facebook for example. An impression is how many times your post has appeared on your audiences’ timelines, NOT whether they have seen them or not. Your ‘reach’ amount is how many times your post has been actually viewed on the screens of your followers. Engagement is how many times your audience have interacted with your post by liking or sharing for example. Your ‘reach’ is the magic number you need to be focusing on when you analyse your post performance.
Is Social Media Marketing Worth it for my Business?
In one word, YES. The whole world is now online and if your business isn’t, then you will miss out. Social media marketing will allow you to share your content, products, services and ideas, build meaningful relationships with your clients and customers and nurture your leads to convert them into paying customers.
