SHOWS CREATIVITY & KNOWLEDGE

Writing regular blogs on your website will help you to show off your knowledge in your sector and helps to grow your brand loyalty.

HELPS TO GENERATES REVENUE

If you are writing engaging content, this can help you drive more traffic to key areas of your website to help you generate revenue.

KEEPS READERS ON YOUR WEBSITE

The more time that your website visitors stay on your website, the less time they are looking at your competitors. This also helps to create trust.

GENERATES A FOLLOWING

Having great content on your website will keep people coming back for more. Give them what they want and keep giving and they will follow!

Here is a little more information about content and blog writing for your business and a little about me too!

You know your business, and you know what you want to write but sometimes getting it down on paper (or typing it out online) is where you get stuck. I can relate to this and you are not alone I can assure you. Content writing does not come naturally to everyone and I can help become unstuck.

By employing the services of a content writer, you can relax and focus on what you do best whilst someone else (like me!) can help you write content or blogs to promote your business and get across that important message online.

Writing content is something that I love to do. For over 7 years, I have been writing content for a many different businesses in a number of varied sectors. Just a few years ago, I wrote a large number of articles of content for a well-known and popular international online dating site. (no names of course) This was a proud moment to see some of my work published online and potentially viewed by millions.

There are three elements to writing successful content; the objective, the style and the delivery.

Before starting, it is important to discuss a content brief with my clients. It is essential to get a better understanding of the brand I am working with, your company ethos and our content objective. This is normally carried out over the phone and forms an essential part of the content writing process.

The crucial part of the content writing process is about understanding the style in which the piece needs to be written. Different business sectors have a different tone of voice depending on the sector and the audience. For example, a local accountant may have a more professional and factual tone of voice. Whereas an events company may be appealing to a different demographic.

The more I communicate with my clients about the content plan, the better the articles are likely to be. Likewise, the better the feedback, the better relationship we will have going forward. Writing content doesn’t come naturally to everyone and I will often find myself having a ‘writers block’ moment. That only proves that I too, am human.

If you are looking for content to enhance your website to be more attractive to readers and search engines, then I can help. If you are looking to add more blog content to help you with email marketing or to be used through posting on social media, then I can help there also.

For blog writing, it is important to look at this as an investment into the future of your business. Blogs stay on your website for many years and the more effective blogs that are added to the site, the more long-term benefits this will have for you.

For social media and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) purposes, it is recommended to have regular blogs added to your website on a weekly or monthly basis. If you are also a web design client of mine or I manage your social media channels, I can upload these for you for free.

If you are keen to get the process started, the next step would be to have a conversation to discuss this in more detail and to see how we can work together. You can reach me on 01480 38 48 38 or contact me here online.

Below you will find a breakdown of the costs for content and blog writing.
