3 Pieces of Software I Use for My Business
As a business owner, I know the importance of keeping things running smoothly in your business day to day. To remain organised in my business, I continue to use software and tools to help me do just that. Read about them below.
Social Pilot
My social media post scheduler of choice is Social Pilot. This makes it easy for me to keep track of all of my client’s social media content and effectively plan my own content on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If you have a lot of social media channels for your business or you need to keep on top of a lot of content and imagery then a social media scheduler is a good investment and keeps the social side of your business running smoothly. Canva
Another piece of software I use regularly is Canva. This platform has a free and paid* version and is quick and easy to get up and running. If you want to create imagery for your website, social media or advertising campaigns then Canva is a fairly simple way to do it. There are a number of tips and tricks you can use to create professional looking imagery and videos for your business. On the free version, you can use the editor and limited free images in your designs. Check Canva out here. *The paid version is only £10.99 per month too!
Slack
Slack is probably one of the pieces of software I use most in my business day to day and is an effective communication tool and instant messenger which allows me to stay in constant contact with my clients and other people who help in the management of my business. Create channels and add people to them to keep control of your projects and workload. Slack also has a free and paid version and depends on the amount of use, projects and messages you need in your business.
